Warranty Policy

We provide a 12-month limited warranty starting from the date of original purchase.
The warranty applies to earphones and IEM products for non-artificial quality issues.

Warranty Covers

  • Driver unit malfunction

  • Internal electronic failure

  • No sound / intermittent sound issue

  • Structural issues: shell cracks, faceplate detachment

  • Defective switches or crossover circuitry

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Physical damage caused by drops, pressure, or impact

  • Water damage

  • Damage due to improper storage or cable pulling

  • Cable wear & tear

  • Ear tips or consumable accessories

  • Unauthorized disassembly or modification

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Required Proof for Warranty Claims

To help us verify issues quickly, please provide:

  • Order number or receipt

  • Clear photos/videos showing the defect

  • A description of the issue

Warranty Solutions

Depending on the claim and local availability, warranty service may include:

  • Free replacement unit

  • Free repair service

  • Replacement of defective components

In certain regions, returning the defective product may not be required. We will assess on a case-by-case basis to reduce customer inconvenience.

Order Cancellation & Modification

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified before shipment.

  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not available; customers must request a return after delivery.

  • Custom orders and special configurations cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items

If you received the wrong product, missing components, or items damaged during transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos/videos of the packaging, shipping label, and product.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
