Items damaged due to improper use, water damage, modification, or unauthorized repairs
Return Shipping Cost

Customer-initiated returns (“change of mind”, wrong model ordered)
The buyer is responsible for return shipping and any related fees. -
Quality-related returns:
We will provide solutions such as return-label reimbursement or partial compensation depending on region.
Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable except for quality-related returns.
