We aim to provide a smooth and transparent return process.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if

  • The product is unused, unmarked, and in original packaging.

  • All accessories (cable, case, ear tips, manuals) are included.

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Eligible Return Scenarios

To ensure hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or opened ear tips

  • Products showing wear, scratches, or physical damage

  • Items that have been used for purposes other than personal listening

  • Clearance, open-box, or promotional items

  • Items damaged due to improper use, water damage, modification, or unauthorized repairs

Return Shipping Cost

  • Customer-initiated returns (“change of mind”, wrong model ordered)
    The buyer is responsible for return shipping and any related fees.

  • Quality-related returns:
    We will provide solutions such as return-label reimbursement or partial compensation depending on region.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable except for quality-related returns.
