Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with the option to wait, replace, or cancel the order.
  

• Accessories are not shipped separately.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries using reliable logistics partners such as DHL, FedEx, YunExpress, Yanwen USPS, Royal Mail, and local carriers depending on destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard International Shipping: 7–20 business days

• Express Shipping: 7–10 business days
  (Delivery time may vary by region and customs efficiency.)

Tracking Information

• A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.

• Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to reflect on the carrier’s system.

Import Duties & Taxes

• Customers are responsible for any custom duties, VAT, import fees, or handling charges imposed by their local customs.

• We cannot predict these fees and are not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.

• If the parcel is returned due to refusal to pay import fees, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Lost or Delayed Packages

• For packages delayed beyond 30 business days, please contact us for assistance.

• If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a free replacement or refund.
